SEHAB community representatives are charged with being in touch with their area stewardship groups to bring out the local issues that are affecting salmon and salmon habitat. This knowledge is gathered in a format that can easily be slotted into ongoing SEHAB works and / or be delivered to those who SEHAB has a relationship with, who are actively working on similar files. Board members have a strong understanding of who’s working on what within our province and can shepherd requests for assistance or local knowledge in a meaningful way.
Some topics about salmon enhancement and habitat issues can be complex and difficult to understand. It is our desire to unravel these issues, with input from experts in the field, to make these issues understandable for the volunteer community.
