Enforcement, habitat complaints, as staff levels have dropped with Federal and Provincial staff, people are starting to go by their job descriptions, much of the works, was someone else's job that all habitat type staff assisted in, as part of their scope of works. Cathedral Grove site typical of many highways jobs. BMP's followed? Passed around comments / photo's from Vancouver Island as to policy change, DFO no longer looking into habitat complaints on trout streams.

Fish passage - has come to our attention that DFO / Municipalities putting fish obstruction pipes into systems where Streamkeepers have been working with them to get pipes out lower in the system to get fish back into their habitat.
