  • SEP evaluations - halted due to staffing.  Use of logic model in this process.
  • Succession planning for staff (D.F.O. and other support agencies)
  • Information and data being passed between groups and area management
  • Data collected by volunteer groups is not always being used and
  • Want a public forum on sea lice, transfer of disease and ISA.
  • Lack of consultation with local knowledge from CA’s to other staff
  • Watershed Planning has challenges with access to information
  • Keeping staff and volunteers - rotation of staff/groups constantly having to update new staff
  • Access to information from various ministries in the Provincial Government in relation to watersheds....groups and local citizens cannot access required watershed assessments from forestry companies as well as mining companies.
  • Watershed Planning and varying levels of support to community groups
  • Lack of data sharing amongst agencies
